SHIPPING & RETURNES
SHIPPING POLICY
At Batco, we understand the importance of timely and reliable shipping. We strive to ship out all orders within 24 hours of receiving them, and we offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs. Our standard shipping method is ground shipping, but we also offer express shipping for those who need their products sooner. Shipping costs will vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method.
We take great care in packaging your order to ensure that it arrives in perfect condition. If you have any special requests regarding packaging, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate.

All orders are subject to freight charges. All Orders are shipped FOB Parma, Michigan, or factory, by the most efficient means available. Freight charges will be added to invoices for open account customers. Separate freight charges may apply if an order contains items which are shipped from multiple suppliers. All orders are shipped in the order they are authorized. We cannot shipping collect billing or third party in freight.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Approval for returning any and all items must be received in writing prior to return. All returns must have an RMA # issued by Batco, Inc. or the manufacturer, included on the return shippers. Restocking and/or return fees may apply depending upon the item and reason for return. No Items maybe returned after 30 days, at which point all sales are final. Any item being returned for refund must have its original packaging, serial number and be in original condition. For any other Repair or warranty return please contact Batco, Inc. Repair and Service Dept.

DAMAGE CLAIMS
We take great care in filling, checking, and packing your order. On rare occasions, a package can be damaged or lost in transit. If FedEx, refuse package or hold for inspection and call us for a Return #. If a truck shipment is damaged, state shortage or damage on bill of lading, then contact us and we will immediately begin helping to resolve the situation to your satisfaction.
